Frequently asked questions

Can I use Neart across multiple devices? +

Yes. Sign in with the same account on any of your iPhones and Neart will restore your data automatically. Everything is end-to-end encrypted — your journal entries, imagery sessions, and performance reflections are encrypted on your device before they ever reach the cloud, so only you can read them.

How do I delete my account and all my data? +

Open the app, go to Profile → Delete My Data. Tick the confirmation checkbox and confirm. This removes every record from your device and from our cloud backup, and closes your account. The action is immediate and irreversible.

I forgot my password. +

Use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen. You'll receive a reset email. Resetting your password does not affect your encryption key or your data.

Will Neart work with my sport? +

All Neart features work for any sport — the sport field is optional context. If you would like to suggest a sport to add to the picker, email us.

Does Neart work offline? +

Yes. Journal entries, imagery sessions and performance reflections all save instantly on your device. Encrypted backups sync to the cloud in the background when you are online.

Is there an Android version? +

Not yet. Neart is iOS-only at launch (iPhone, iOS 17+). Data is encrypted in a platform-agnostic format, so a future Android app could read the same backup.
